Responsibilities
You can expect an average day to include:
- Waking early to ensure success
- Filling your truck with necessary supplies from our warehouse
- Opening your company-provided iPad and iPhone to access your first money-making opportunity
- Arriving on time at the customer's home and providing exceptional service
- Receiving real-time coaching and support for any needs
- Having parts/materials delivered to keep you focused on the job
- Recording notes for the next technician
- Collecting payment from the customer
- Returning home after a full day of work
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain a neat work area
- Proficiency in diagnosing HVAC issues and recommending services
- Ability to optimize profitability through efficient time management and inventory control
- Experience with One Hour service system and ethical practices
- Ability to maintain a clean work area and vehicle
