Licensed Integrated Behavioral Health Provider Full-Time Silt Clinic
We're looking for a Full-Time Licensed Integrated Behavioral Health Provider to join our Behavioral Health team at our Silt Clinic in Silt, CO. Eligible for employee referral bonuses.
About the role
Plans and coordinates the delivery of quality patient-centered behavioral health care, including assessment, care planning, intervention, consultation, and referral for services where social, economic, emotional, or psychological circumstances present barriers to care or optimal function. Works within their specific behavioral health licensure, provides leadership by collaborating with clinical personnel, and maintains professional behavioral health practice standards. Communicates with physicians on psychosocial plans of care and supports the philosophy and goals of the clinical area.

- Collaborate with clinical personnel while maintaining professional practice standards.

Requirements
- DORA licensure as one of the following:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health profession.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
Pay
$32.68 to $48.06/hour. Entry salary dependent on education, skill set, and experience.
Schedule
Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday.
