Licensed Intake Therapist
POSITION PURPOSE
Our Outpatient Intake Therapist will complete assessments for those seeking service.
What You Will Do
- Complete Intake Assessments
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments to determine client’s strengths, needs, and diagnosis
- Document within the electronic health record in congruence with organizational policies and regulatory requirements to ensure quality indicators and productivity requirements are met
- Engage with the clients’ natural supports to strategize methods of supporting client goal progress and wellbeing and collaborate with members of the treatment team, community members, and third-party providers
- Attend and participate in clinical, administrative, and community partner meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s in Human Services and 1 year of care delivery experience
- Graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum
Acceptable Licensures
- LPC
- LMFT
- LCSW
Position Highlights and Benefits
- Work Schedule: Exempt (salary) position Monday through Friday, primarily 9:00am-5:00pm
