We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Generate new business
• Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals
• Present and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
• Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance using a digital platform
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM and AI-based systems
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
• Active insurance license
• Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, competitive mindset
• Ability to build trust and explain financial products in simple terms
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
