About The Position

We are looking for individuals who are hard-working, motivated, and ready to build a rewarding career. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales mentality, desire to succeed, and good organizational/interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus. This is an IN-OFFICE position.

Job Responsibilities

• Aid customers with various types of insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering all questions.
• Inspect vehicles, examine general condition, age, and other characteristics, to decide if they are an acceptable insurance risk.
• Seek out new clients, generate lists of prospective clients, and develop clientele by networking and marketing.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Perform administrative tasks, handle policy renewals, and contact underwriting to complete policies.
• Aid with daily housekeeping routines.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
• You must hold a valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California.
• You must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• You must possess basic computer knowledge and strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• You must be able to work independently with minimal/no supervision and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.
• You must complete continuing education courses (paid for by A-MAX) as required to maintain active license status with CDI.
