About The Position

We are seeking individuals who are hard-working, motivated, and eager to build a rewarding career. As an Insurance Sales Agent at A-MAX, you will assist customers with various insurance needs, seek out new clients, and perform administrative tasks. This is an in-office position.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, policy edits, payment processing, renewal, and reinstatement.
• Inspect vehicles to assess insurance risks.
• Generate client lists and develop relationships through networking and marketing.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Handle policy renewals and communicate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks.

Position Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Customer service and insurance sales experience are preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
• You must hold a valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California.
• You must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• You should have basic computer skills and possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• You must be able to work independently and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.
• You must complete continuing education courses to maintain your active license status with CDI.
