About The Position

We are seeking individuals who are hard-working, motivated, and eager to build a rewarding career. As an IN-OFFICE position, you will assist customers with various insurance needs, inspect vehicles, network and market to new clients, and perform administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new policies, policy edits, payments, renewals, and reinstatements.
• Inspect vehicles and assess their suitability for insurance.
• Seek out new clients through networking and marketing.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
• Handle policy renewals and communicate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks.

Position Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Customer service and insurance sales experience are preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
• You must hold a valid and current Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in California.
• You must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.
• You must have basic computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• You must be able to work independently and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software.
• You must complete continuing education courses to maintain your license status with CDI.
