About the role
As a licensed insurance agent, you'll build strong client relationships, sell insurance policies, and contribute to a high-growth culture. You'll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through coverage options and securing the best protection for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and trust through a consultative sales approach, guiding clients to fully understand their insurance options and select the most suitable carrier
- Educate clients on the value of Guardian Service's offerings
- Sell and service home, auto, umbrella / liability and other personal insurance products
- Foster strong client relationships that drive referrals and renewals
- Maintain accurate records and consistently check on clients’ coverage needs
- Provide valuable feedback and contribute to company growth

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of high volume sales experience
- 1+ years of insurance sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A passion for customer success
Texas Market Experience
- Must have an active Property & Casualty insurance license and demonstrated experience selling personal lines insurance in Texas
- With strong knowledge of the Texas insurance market, carriers, and coverage considerations
Pay
Competitive base salary and bonus structure (ranging from $60k-140k+ OTE)
