About the role

L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. This role is perfect for a licensed Property & Casualty professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and growing their career in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each customer's needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License in the State of Michigan.
• Proven success in sales or experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A goal-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.

Compensation & Benefits

• Opportunity to earn $5,000 per month during your two-month training period.
• Opportunity to earn $50,000 to over $100,000 annually, including commissions.

Schedule

Two-month training period followed by a full-time schedule.
