Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

About the Role

We are actively looking to hire talented Licensed Therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to adult, child, and adolescent populations.
• Deliver services in a hybrid model with both in‑person and remote flexibility.
• Optionally supervise associate clinicians (in‑person) at $70 per hour for 2 hours per week per associate.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
• Experience working with adult, child, and/or adolescent clients.

Compensation

• Base salary range $90,000 – $115,000, uncapped earning potential.
• Compensation model based on productivity.
• W‑2 employed position.
