Qualifications

• Must be actively licensed and in good standing
• Bar License in U.S. Jurisdiction and reside in the state of licensure
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
• Able to complete all necessary forms and clear conflicts depending on the client
• Must meet remote requirements including:
• Possess a running laptop/computer containing anti-virus software and either Windows 10 or Mac OS
• Access to high-speed internet
• Have either an iPhone running iOS 11.0 and greater or an Android running 7.0 and greater
