Hearing Aid Services
- Perform hearing screenings in accordance with licensure
- Conduct thorough hearing aid evaluations and recommend individualized solutions
- Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids for optimal comfort and performance
- Provide counseling, education, and follow-up care to support successful outcomes
- Perform cleanings, troubleshooting, and minor in-office repairs
- Assist patients with accessories, earmolds, and hearing protection options
Patient Care & Clinic Collaboration
- Develop and maintain trusted, long-term patient relationships
- Deliver compassionate, supportive, and educational care experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical workflows
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented clinic culture

- Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills

Work Location
In-person – Moses Lake 3-4 days per week & Ellensburg 1-2 days per week
Total compensation $90,000 based on 40 hours as total compensation
