About the role
Beltone Hearing Care Center, proudly owned and operated by MLM Hearing, LLC, is seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Congestive hearing evaluations to assess patient needs
- Recommend and dispense hearing instruments, accessories, and rehabilitative services
- Provide education on hearing health and treatment options
- Ensure delivery of Beltone’s exclusive Belcare® Promise for a best-in-class patient experience
- Build long-term patient relationships through follow-up care and trust
- Engage in community outreach and local engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with teammates to support clinic and patient success
Requirements
- Active Nevada Hearing Instrument Specialist license OR Au.D. eligible to dispense in NV
- One year of experience fitting and dispensing hearing instruments (preferred)
- Strong communication, empathy, and consultative approach to patient care
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining clinical integrity
- Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized hearing aid dispensing program
- Passionate about patient care and professional growth
