LICENSED Hearing Aid Sales Consultant

About the role

We’re hiring an experienced, licensed hearing care sales professional at Beltone New England. Our mission is to help people improve their quality of life by restoring their hearing. This role combines a passion for sales with a meaningful mission.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hearing loss and fit, program, and maintain hearing aids.
• Perform hearing tests and consult with clients about their hearing needs.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure proper device use and hearing improvement.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the state of Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Coachable and trainable.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and consult with clients.
• Knowledge of hearing aids and hearing loss evaluation.

Pay

$60,000.00 base salary with a potential bonus range of $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 (first year).

Schedule

8 hour shift Monday to Friday, one late night.
