About the role

The Sales Associate role is a full-time, salaried position with sales incentives, paid time off, and best-in-class company-paid benefits. The first-year salary is guaranteed with an uncapped incentive to market and sell various insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sell to clients with support from Client Service Representatives
• Market and sell Medicare Plans, ACA – Individual Health, STM – Short-Term Medical, Travel Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Long Term Care, Final Expense, Life Insurance, Ancillary – Hospital/Cancer plans, Fixed Annuities
• Work with numerous large and small carriers to find the right fit for clients’ needs
• Utilize inbound and outbound leads and cold calling is highly encouraged

Requirements

• State license, health and life insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (optional)
• Spanish speaking (optional)

Qualifications

Experience Required: State license, health and life insurance; required High school diploma or equivalent; required BA in finance, business, economics, or a related field is a plus Spanish speaking is a plus!

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and proficiency in using CRM software are essential.
