Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent

Responsibilities

- Handle 15–20 inbound calls/day from interested clients - Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment - Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups - Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service

Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred) - Strong communication and organization skills - Licensed in health insurance (preferred, not required) - Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices - Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven
