About the role

This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country.
  • May be a good fit for clinicians who are: Approved by the board as a LGPC, seeking independent licensure in Maryland, residing within 45 minutes of the office location, able to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote), a graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program, have graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety, have graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor, consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly, a behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children, invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress, confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools, and a good teammate.

Benefits

  • Up to $66,700 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Fully remote with 50% in-office availability.
