Licensed Forensic Psychologist-Team Leader

Requirements

A qualified Candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Licensed Forensic Psychologist in PA
• Leadership experience
• Familiar with competency evaluation and restoration and service delivery
• Experience working in justice related systems
• Experience providing clinical supervision

What You’ll Do

Lead a team of forensic psychology professionals.

Contribute to the oversight of program operations: workflow, compliance, staffing, budgeting, and quality.

Assess team performance to ensure high-quality and psychological assessments.

Educate and guide program in policy compliance, protocols, and continuous quality improvement.

Partner with behavioral health agencies, and justice-related stakeholders to enhance coordination, deflection, and diversion.
