Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

• Accuracy and thoroughness in every interaction.

• Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's 24-week training program, on-site.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Pay

Starting compensation for this location ranges from $57,700 – $66,200, depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings.

Schedule

You may work evenings, overnight, and weekends, with potential for remote work after training, depending on the shift group you are assigned to.
