Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivity
• Shows up looking fashionable with a great attitude
• Work side by side assisting a master stylist and supporting their guests
• To maintain their style we rebook and recommend retail to every guest
• Help to keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team members
• Help train our proteges by setting a good example and educate them during the day
• Work to maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests

Qualifications

• A current state cosmetology license
• A desire to learn and grow in french hairdressing, and accomplish this by attending all salon educational events and team celebrations
• Loves this craft and feels intrinsically rewarded when serving a guest well
• Wants to be paid well for their talent with competitive compensation, paid vacation time and other benefits
• Feels excited about the opportunity to collaborate with other people who love this craft
• Likes working and is available for retail hours (weekends, some holidays, and special events)
