Hand & Stone South Miami is expanding our team of Licensed Estheticians to better serve our members and valued guests. FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states. No matter how big we get, the core of our company culture is to PUT PEOPLE FIRST. Our Esthetics program is built on a foundation of high-quality, results-driven treatment options, with a service menu that includes the latest advances in skincare. Through client education, repeated routine visits, and post-treatment homecare recommendations, our Estheticians help clients discover the difference between "getting a facial" and "having a skincare ritual."
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- Provide a world-class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals
- Create an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitude
- Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff
- Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars

Pay
$35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
