About the Role

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Estheticians to join our Equinox Miracle Mile location! This role is ideal for a candidate eager to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization, with opportunities for growth into management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, consult, and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Direct all efforts toward member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician license.
• Minimum of one (1) year of salon or spa experience.
• Specific training in facial and body waxing.
• Ability to handle clients in difficult situations.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly demeanor.
• Passion, intelligence, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Computer literacy.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Pay

$49.40–$76.00 per session; $16.90/hour (non-session work); ability to earn incentive pay based on services performed.
