Core Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments tailored to client needs.
• Provide expert waxing, threading, lash lifts, and brow tinting services.
• Evaluate clients' skin types and concerns to design customized, results-oriented treatment plans.
• Educate clients on home-care routines and actively recommend retail products to meet their skincare goals.
• Build a loyal clientele through follow-up communication and proactive rebooking.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensure: Active and valid State Board Esthetician License.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working in a spa or salon setting preferred.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales goals.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, willingness to travel to multiple site locations.
