About the role
As a Wax Specialist, you’ll help guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable by providing excellent body waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax and proprietary products. Our centers offer an upbeat, professional, and team-driven environment where your passion for beauty can turn into a successful career.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-body waxing services (training provided)
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships
- Recommend the best services, products, and wax passes to increase earnings
- Hit key goals such as service add-ons and retail sales to earn bonuses
- Work in a fun, fast-paced team environment
Requirements
- Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in Colorado (experience preferred but not required)
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- Excitement to learn and master the art of waxing
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Ability to reach items stored at various heights
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts (open 7 days a week, closed on major holidays)
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Pay
Hourly Base Pay: $12.25 per hour. Additional earnings through commission, bonuses for service add-ons, retail sales, and performance-based incentives. Your effort and guest connections directly impact your paycheck.

Schedule
Flexible availability required. Centers are open 7 days a week with day, evening, and weekend shifts (closed on major holidays).
