Responsibilities
- Perform client consultations and skin analysis
- Deliver customized treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
- Recommend personalized skincare routines and products
- Conduct extractions and administer advanced therapies
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
- Document client information and treatment records
- Upsell retail skincare products
- Build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited esthetics program
- State board certification
- Current esthetician license
- Minimum two years of professional experience
