About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our Residential – Operations team in Columbia, SC. This position is On-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential properties.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and electrical standards.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty components.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional service.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality assurance measures.

Requirements

• Valid South Carolina Electrical License.
• At least 2 years of experience in residential electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems and safety practices.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electrical measuring instruments.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
