What You'll Do

As a Residential Service Electrician, you'll help homeowners keep their electrical systems safe, reliable, and up to code by:

• Troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying the root cause
• Repairing and replacing panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, and wiring
• Performing residential electrical service work with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Explaining findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
• Ensuring all work meets NEC requirements and local code standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential electrical service experience
• Current Virginia Journeyman or Master Electrician License
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• High school diploma or GED
