Licensed Electrician

About the role

Baldwin Heating & Cooling is seeking a full-time Residential Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in residential homes
• Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain electrical issues and solutions
• Train new employees and assist with ongoing learning and development

Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician certification or actively working towards obtaining one
• At least 1 year of residential electrical experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems
• Knowledgeable in residential electrical systems and safety protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Work Monday through Friday, typically 8-hour shifts. Weekend on-call availability may be required.
