What You'll Be Doing
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems
- Work with power distribution, controls, equipment wiring, and electrical components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Diagnose issues and provide safe, efficient solutions
- Support industrial facilities, equipment installations, upgrades, and startups
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and customers
- Lead the electrical division of the company
- Active Nebraska Electrical License (required)
- Ability to work across multiple Midwest states
- Industrial, commercial, manufacturing, or facility experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and electrical knowledge
- Experience With Power distribution Motor controls Conduit installation Control panels Equipment wiring Electrical systems
