Dental Dreams, LLC in Leominster, MA is now hiring Licensed Dental Assistants to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Dentists and delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Aid dentists during examinations and dental procedures by preparing and passing instruments and materials.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and organizing dental instruments and equipment according to infection control standards.
• Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and documenting treatment details accurately.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions to ensure proper care and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper disposal of hazardous materials.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with other staff to optimize clinic operations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and answer any questions to promote dental health awareness.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant license in state of Massachusetts
• Dental Radiology Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent
• On-the-job training
• Current CPR certification
• Demonstrated knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols
• Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese (preferred)
