About the role
The Dental Specialists Eden Prairie Orthodontics is currently seeking a professional, team-oriented Licensed Dental Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Aid in patient examinations and treatments
- Administer oral hygiene instructions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Assist with dental procedures under the supervision of the dentist
- Document patient information in electronic health records
- Provide patient education on oral health and preventive care
Requirements
- Minnesota licensure and current CPR certification
- Experience in digital radiographs and electronic patient record
- Orthodontics experience preferred

Pay
Starting Wage Range: $30.50-$34.65 per hour
Schedule
Monday: 7:30am-5:15pm
Tuesday: 7:30am-5:15pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-5:15pm
Thursday: Off
Friday: Off
June-August: 7:00am-4:15pm (30 minute lunch)
Continuing Education
The Dental Specialists offers a wide range of continuing education courses throughout the year for team members, including required courses such as CPR and OSHA Annual Retraining. Dental Assistants who attend all courses offered throughout the year can fulfill their biannual requirements for 25 hours of continuing education.
