About the role
The Licensed Customer Service Rep position at American Financing is an entry-level role designed to provide experience and training for NMLS licensed individuals aspiring to become Mortgage Consultants. This role offers the potential to advance to a Senior Loan Officer position.
Responsibilities
- Taking inbound customer calls to identify customer needs.
- Completing outbound calls to customers to complete applications and move files forward.
- Taking a complete 1003 URLA Application.
- Scheduling appointments to review pre-qualification.
- Following up with customers to ensure timely delivery of all required documentation.
- Maintaining performance against daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Active NMLS Unique Identifier #
- Active Colorado mortgage license (additional licenses a plus)
- Minimal to moderate mortgage experience/knowledge
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- High School degree
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Proficiency in processing, servicing, and auditing

Pay
$36K base pay plus bonus with total compensation up to $115K + per year
