Licensed Counselor/Social Worker/Psychologist
About the role
Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
Provide excellent client care and customer service.
Coordinate care with other providers as needed.
Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and consultation groups.
Responsibilities

- Provide supervision to associate-level clinicians when qualified.
- Develop specialty programs and services.
- Create educational content for social media platforms.
- Advance into leadership roles as the practice expands throughout Maryland, Washington, DC, and Delaware.
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Active DC license permitting independent clinical practice.
- Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation.
- Commitment to LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally responsive care.
- Strong ethical standards and dedication to professional growth.
- Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply.
