Licensed Counselor

Responsibilities

• Carry out screening assessments, intake orientations, exit, and MVD screening appointments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards.
• Occasionally provide clinical oversight and/or co-signatures in the absence of full time counselor.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in a clinical setting or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate part-time scheduling.
