Licensed Cosmetologist/Nail Tech (Maywood, NJ)

About the role

10Beauty is seeking a licensed Brand Ambassador to be the face of our brand at our official launch in Ulta Beauty, Maywood, NJ. You’ll educate, assist, and inspire customers as they experience their first fully robotic manicure, driving excitement for 10Beauty and the future of beauty tech.

Responsibilities

• Become a product expert on the 10Beauty machine, innovative nail pods, and accompanying app
• Perform manicure touch-ups and fixes as needed
• Proactively engage customers, sharing the 10Beauty story and product benefits
• Provide hands-on demonstrations showcasing ease of use and unique features
• Answer customer questions, troubleshoot the machine or app, and offer quick demonstrations to highlight quality and convenience
• Encourage customers to try the machine
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive image aligned with 10Beauty brand values
• Listen to customer feedback and share insights with the 10Beauty team to drive improvements
• Keep the machine and surrounding area clean, organized, and inviting

Requirements

• Experience in cosmetology or, preferably, nail-related work
• Licensed nail technician, licensed cosmetologist, or nail tech in training
• Punctual, dependable, and able to positively represent 10Beauty
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays

This role includes a paid training period with some travel to our corporate office in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Pay

Salary range: $30–$35 USD per hour.
