Requirements

• Local Cosmetology or Barber license
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• Professional, motivated, and eager to grow
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for men's grooming and the beauty industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a commitment to excellence

Pay

$25–$40+ per hour total earnings (base pay + BIG tips + contests + bonuses). Commission OR Hourly—you make the higher of the two. Pay raise every year.

• New Year’s Eve – Close 1 hour early
• Valentine’s Day – Close at 6 PM

Summer & Fall

• Memorial Day – Close at 5 PM
• 4th of July – Closed
• Father’s Day – Close at 5 PM
• Labor Day – Close at 5 PM
• Halloween – Close at 5 PM

Thanksgiving & Christmas Season

• Thanksgiving Eve – Close at 7 PM
• Thanksgiving Day – Closed
• Black Friday – Closed
