Join the flock at Olas & Flamingo, a vibrant & positive salon offering hair, nails, and aesthetics in Nashville. We’re looking for talented cosmetologists who do hair and nails — or do hair and want to learn nail care. We’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standout hair and/or nail/pedicure services with a personal, guest-first touch
• Personalize every appointment to the client's goals and preferences
• Help keep our space clean, organized, and welcoming
• Contribute to monthly team goals alongside a supportive crew
• Attend meetings and education sessions

Pay

$18.31 – $39.50 per hour (base pay + commission + 100% of tips)
