This position involves providing clinical supervision and direct services in a full-time capacity in Astoria, NY. The role requires a licensed clinician to work onsite, offering crisis intervention, assessment, and family therapy, among other services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and direct services in a full-time capacity
• Offer crisis intervention, assessment, and family therapy
• Develop and oversee treatment plans
• Conduct case conferences and therapy sessions
• Coordinate with social services and community providers
• Review and support clinical documentation
• Facilitate patient progression through treatment
• Manage referrals and discharge planning

Requirements

• LMSW or LMHC required
• Independent license issued by NYS
• Minimum five years of experience in substance use disorder treatment
• Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with OASAS regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively

Qualifications

• LMSW or LMHC in good standing required
• Experience in developing and overseeing treatment plans
• Proficiency in conducting case conferences and therapy sessions
• Experience in coordinating with social services and community providers
• Competence in facilitating patient progression through treatment
• Experience in managing referrals and discharge planning
