Licensed Clinical Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Full-time hybrid role in Tulsa, OK.
About the role
LifeStance Health is seeking fully licensed Oklahoma counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our clinical team in a 100% outpatient group-practice setting. This hybrid position offers strong work-life balance, full administrative support, and the latest digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide outpatient therapy in both in-person and telehealth formats.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other licensed therapists to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Oklahoma license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Experience working with child through adult populations.
- Play Therapy experience with children under 12 is a plus.

Pay
Compensation range: $85,000 to $112,000+ per year, based on productivity model.
