Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental-health therapy to adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment in both in-person and telemedicine formats.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize data to tailor services and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted South Carolina license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW-CP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Local to the Summerville, SC area; ability to start within 60 days.
