Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and families
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning
  • Collaborate closely with pediatricians, APPs, care managers, and other integrated care team members
  • Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary case discussions
  • Document encounters accurately and efficiently in the Electronic Health Record
  • Support population health and preventive behavioral health initiatives
  • Educate patients and families regarding behavioral and emotional wellness

Qualifications

  • Required: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology
  • Active North Carolina licensure or license eligibility: LCSW / LCSWA, LCMHC / LCMHCA, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist
  • Experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations
  • New graduates with strong training experience will be considered
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

Preferred

  • Experience in integrated behavioral health or medical settings
  • Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, or family therapy
  • Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
