About the Role

We have full-time positions available, and some weekends are required. This role involves counseling individuals and groups regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, substance abuse, mental or behavioral health issues, and/or family situations. You will develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans, provide psychotherapeutic services to patients and their families, and serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (MSW, MFT) required
• At least two (2) years of experience, with one (1) year in a behavioral or psychiatric setting preferred
• California-issued License as a Clinical Social Worker
• Previous experience in a mental healthcare hospital environment focused on human behavior, psychiatry, psychology, or other mental healthcare situations is highly valued

Pay

Licensed wage range: $50.00/hr - $65.00/hr. Weekend differential applies.
