$91,400 – $106,050 full time annual salary.

What You'll Do
- Provide initial patient evaluations, triage assessments, crisis intervention management, brief individual and group counseling, skills training, care coordination, case management and follow-up referrals
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, work with primary care providers and assist with program development
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a Behavioral Health Program
- Clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with adults, families and children
- BLS certification
