About the role
LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
- Completed a Master's program and out of the supervision stage
- Hybrid role

Schedule
Hybrid role! Lifestance Health is growing. We have the following offices opened in and around the Salt Lake City area, Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove and Draper Utah. We will be opening more offices in 2027!
