Build or grow your private practice with the support of an established platform that helps you accept insurance quickly and confidently. As a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker, you’ll provide high-quality behavioral health services to covered clients while we handle credentialing support, practice tools, and streamlined payments—so you can focus on care.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical support to clients via telehealth in accordance with your licensure and scope of practice.
  • Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Maintain accurate records using platform tools (notes, templates, assessments) aligned with payer and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver culturally responsive, inclusive care and tailor interventions to each client’s needs and goals.
  • Carefully coordinate care as appropriate with other providers and resources (with proper consents) to support continuity of treatment.
  • Manage your schedule, availability, and caseload using real-time scheduling and secure client messaging tools.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement through available resources, audit support, and optional continuing education (CEUs).
  • Uphold ethical standards, privacy requirements, and professional boundaries in a remote setting.

Must-Have Qualifications (Requirements)

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license at the independent level: LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (U.S.).
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Valid NPI number.
  • Active malpractice insurance coverage.
  • Ability to provide care via telehealth and maintain a secure, private workspace for sessions.
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently while using digital tools for scheduling and documentation.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Ability to practice in multiple states and/or interest in multi-state expansion (where permitted).
  • Experience working with insurance-covered populations and familiarity with payer documentation standards.
  • Experience with specific populations or modalities (e.g., trauma-informed care, CBT/DBT, couples therapy, adolescents, substance use, Medicare/Medicaid populations).
  • Prior private practice experience (new and experienced practice owners are welcome).

How We Support You (Platform Benefits)

  • Free insurance credentialing support in multiple states—potentially in as little as 30 days—so you can start seeing insured clients sooner.
  • Compliance made easier with audit support and ongoing resources to help you stay aligned with payer and regulatory expectations.
  • Broad coverage options with major plans, including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, to help you reach more clients.
  • Increased earning potential through access to a nationwide insurance network and competitive rates.
  • Reliable, predictable payments with bi-weekly payment cycles for greater stability.
  • All-in-one practice tools including real-time scheduling, secure messaging, documentation templates, and assessments.
  • Free continuing education opportunities (CEUs) to support your professional growth.
  • No commitment required and free to use—you maintain control over your practice and availability.
