Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and providing social casework to patients and families
• Managing policies for residents’ social, psychological, emotional, and financial goals
• S supporting physicians and healthcare providers in understanding social and emotional factors affecting patients
• Documenting services in compliance with regulations and payer guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• LSCW credential required
• Strong decision-making and communication skills
• Master’s degree from an accredited school preferred
