Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for adults and adolescents.
- Work with patients in both in-person and telemedicine settings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Utilize data to tailor services for continuous improvement in outcomes.
- Empower patients to make informed choices and achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Michigan.
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
- Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
- License as an LCSW.
- Experience in behavioral healthcare.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods.
- Telehealth experience (preferred).

$90,000 - $114,000, compensation model based on productivity.
