Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for adults and adolescents.
• Work with patients in both in-person and telemedicine settings.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize data to tailor services for continuous improvement in outcomes.
• Empower patients to make informed choices and achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Fully licensed in Michigan.
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred.
• License as an LCSW.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment methods.
• Telehealth experience (preferred).

Pay

$90,000 - $114,000, compensation model based on productivity.
