Responsibilities
Therapists at LifeStance Health are responsible for:
- Providing therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans
- Collaborating with other members of the treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Participating in regular supervision and consultation sessions
- Adhering to all legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice
Requirements
To be considered for a position as a Therapist at LifeStance Health, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be fully licensed in Michigan
- Have experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
