Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments, evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Perform suicide risk assessments and mental status examinations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Assist with discharge planning and community resource transition.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, policies, and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LCSW license in California.
• Minimum 12 months of relevant clinical experience within the last 3 years.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in correctional or institutional environments.
