About the role

Therapist in Training within the Family Preservation Program, serving children, youth, and adults enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) across multiple counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy and deliver services in various settings, including office, community, or client-preferred locations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop goal‑focused, individualized service plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency and funding standards.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Relevant practicum experience.
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Pay

Full-time, benefit-eligible position with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
